Saturday, December 14th I will be running (walking) at the Niantic Jingle Bell 5K to support The Brian Dagle Foundation.  Over the last few months I have been attending suicide support groups with Brian's Heaing Hearts and have found a community of suicide survivors who "get it".  This is a group and family I never thought I would be a part of but, I am so grateful for finding them. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. This year, finding that holiday spirit has proved to be difficult.  Nothing can bring back the loved ones lost to suicide but, we can use our voices to be advocates in suicide prevention.  Please consider donating to this amazing organization that has helped countless families across Connecticut and opened its doors to me.  They have provided a safe place and resources for those effected by suicide. 

Dollars raised help support The Brian Dagle Foundation and Brian’s Healing Hearts — anchored in hope and empowered to support, is dedicated to the healing of grieving adults as well as community education on suicide prevention and awareness.
